Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HiKIDAI website (hikidai.com) and any related services, games, or activities (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users of all ages, but purchases and account creation may only be performed by adults (18 years or older) or by minors with the consent of a parent or guardian. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. HiKIDAI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases & Payment

  • Individual stage packs are one‑time purchases granting lifetime access to the respective games and printable activities.
  • The All‑Access Home Bundle is an annual subscription that renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with notice.
  • Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. HiKIDAI does not store your full credit card details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including games, printable activities, text, graphics, logos, and the HiKIDAI brand — is owned by HiKIDAI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may print activities for personal, non‑commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform any part of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse‑engineer, copy, or modify the games or underlying code.
  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service.
  • Share account credentials or resell access to packs outside of the provided licensing terms.

7. Third‑Party Services

HiKIDAI relies on trusted third parties for hosting (Vercel), database services (Supabase), payment processing (Lemon Squeezy), and email delivery (Resend). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. HiKIDAI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiKIDAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify registered users via email and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
