Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026. We want you to feel confident purchasing from HiKIDAI.

1. One‑Time Pack Purchases

If a purchased pack doesn’t work as described or you encounter a technical issue we cannot resolve, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

2. All‑Access Pass

The All‑Access Pass is a one‑time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing ever renews. It is covered by the same policy as individual packs: if the product doesn’t work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. School & Institutional Licenses

School licenses include a 30‑day trial period from the date of purchase. If you decide HiKIDAI isn’t right for your school, you may request a full refund within those 30 days. After the trial period, refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at getinfo@hikidai.com with your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We’re committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
