HiKIDAI is designed for children ages 5–18. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. All of our interactive games are self‑contained, run entirely in the browser, and collect no personal data from the child playing them.

From Parents / Account Holders
When you create an account, make a purchase, or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name and email address (for account creation and order communication)
- Purchase history (which packs you bought and when)
- Information you provide via the contact form (name, email, organisation, message)
From Children (Game Players)
The games do not ask for, collect, or store any personal information. There are no login screens, no chat features, no friend requests, and no ads. A child can play the free game without providing any information at all.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide access to purchased games and printable activities
- To send order confirmations and receipts (via Lemon Squeezy)
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- To improve our products and website experience (anonymised data only)
We never sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

To provide our platform, we rely on trusted third parties that may process limited personal data on our behalf:

5. Cookies
HiKIDAI uses only essential cookies required for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies on pages accessible to children. Our free games contain no cookies at all.
6. Data Retention
We retain account information and purchase records for as long as your account is active. Contact form submissions are stored for up to 12 months to assist with ongoing customer support. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
